The pricing is predictable, and there is no commitment period, allowing users to cancel at any time. Users are billed daily, so e.g. if an employee leaves in the middle of the month, you only pay for the period they used the software.
No, you will still pay the same monthly fee as those who use the standard software, and you will also benefitf from most improvements made to the software. However, maintenance for any features that are implemented or customized specifically for your business may be charged separately. At the end of each month you will receive your invoice per email with a detailed listing of your actual usage. Additionally you find a history of your invoices in the web portal.
There is no cancellation period. Cancel your account at any time. At the end of the month you will receive your last invoice. You will only be charged for the number of days from the first of month until your date of termination.
No, but we believe in fair use. We want to ensure that all users have a positive experience while using the software. Under the fair use policy, users are expected to use the software in a reasonable and responsible manner. This includes avoiding excessive usage that may negatively impact the performance of the system or interfere with the ability of other users to access the software.
